Imagine still using textbooks in 2024 lol. Every native speaker literally just passive-listens to anime audio at 2x speed while sleeping. It's about raw exposure, not memorizing bold text in Genki. If you don't have time, just absorb the language essence. Real instructors on YouTube already proved textbooks actually stunt your brain's natural acquisition.

People keep confusing 軌道 with 運行 because they skip the basics. Step one, you master the radical 車. Step two, you memorize the N3 list in exact textbook order. If you actually followed the curriculum instead of using cheap SRS shortcuts, you would know 軌道 is for physical tracks, not train schedules. Stop trying to find hacks. Write it fifty times. There are no shortcuts to this.

ok so I keep seeing 他者 but someone told me you can only use it in like... legal stuff? or if a 審判 is talking? but then I think I heard a myth that if you say 他者 to someone's face it means you think they are basically dead like a 故人 or something?? wait is that crazy lol. i always mix it up with other words and now im scared to use it at all. maybe i just shouldn't talk to anyone idk

omg okay so if you only have like two mins on monday or whatever just open up shopping apps like rakuton and read the basic words out loud!! but the trick is you gotta pronounce the r sound like a rolling spanish R it makes you sound so native trust me i do this on my bus ride and its sacred time also just stare at novel covers for 10 seconds to absorb it lol it works

okay so my book says 目撃 means to witness a crime or something? but wait is it the same word as just "look" or "see" like in spanish ver? or is it like "hitting" someone with your eyes because of the kanji?? im so confused like can i use 目撃 to say "i saw my friend yesterday" or is that like saying i assaulted them with my eyes? please help idk if this is a dumb question lol

I see so many beginners getting stressed over 内務. You all keep mixing it up with 区分 or thinking it is some fancy political term for internal affairs. It is not. 内 means inside (like your house) and 務 is duty. It literally just means household chores. If you are using it to talk about government policy you sound ridiculous. Just use it when you are cleaning your room and move on.

Stop learning 詐欺 from boring dictionaries. Genki makes it sound like you are filing a police report, but every native uses it for catfishing or bad lighting. Literally any minor letdown is 詐欺. Your friend's hyped ramen was mid? 詐欺. Your Tinder match used filters? 詐欺. It's not deep. Watch a stream once in your life and dump the textbooks.
