I’ve been testing if five-minute bursts of study work better than my usual one-hour nightly block. Over two weeks, I found my vocabulary acquisition speed increased by roughly 15%. I used short breaks to review formal terminology. The constant re-exposure prevented the forgetting curve dip I usually hit by Friday. Has anyone else measured their retention rate using micro-sessions versus long-form study?
