Precision in particle omission

I've noticed my particle usage feels way too rigid lately. Even when the grammar is technically perfect it lacks that effortless flow native speakers have. I'm trying to find the point where omitting a particle feels natural rather than sloppy. It's a massive leap to move from textbook accuracy to real-world shorthand. Does anyone have a specific logic for when to keep markers or let them go?
