textbooks are dead wrong about 穀

Textbooks translating 穀 as 'grain' is actually so lazy. Look at the parts. It has the weapon/fight radical on the right. It literally means 'defending the crop' from a 闘争. So 穀 is actually the protective husk, not the food itself. I only use it for the outer shell. If you use it for actual rice you're doing it wrong.
