how to actually learn from mistakes??

omg so today has been a disaster i spilled oat milk all over my desk and literally almost cried right before my zoom class started. then my srs app kept saying my reviews were invalid and i just felt like such a failure because i keep making the exact same stupid typos on my kanji reviews. i want to use my mistakes to actually learn instead of just getting mad but how do you actually do that?? like any tips?
