How to lock in new vocab without failing

You need a strict Phase 1 protocol. On Day 1, review at hour 2, hour 8, and hour 23. If you miss the Day 3 retention lock by even 15 minutes, the whole batch is compromised and you must reset to Phase 0. I literally set 6 alarms on my phone every day to hit my optimal recall windows. If you have a job just use your lunch break and toilet breaks, no excuses.
