Studying Japanese in short bursts?

Hi everyone! I am Ava. My schedule is getting really full lately, and I find it hard to sit down for a long study session. Does anyone have tips for practicing Japanese in just five or ten minutes? I want to make the most of my breaks at work or while waiting for the bus. What are your favorite quick activities for beginners?
