Pronunciation tips for a beginner?

Hi everyone! I’m Ava. I’m just starting to learn Japanese, and I’m a bit worried about my pronunciation. Sometimes I feel like I don't really 分かる if I'm saying words right. For example, is there a 最適 way to practice the double vowels or long sounds? I want to make sure I sound natural from the start. Any advice for a newbie?
