combining reading and listening at the same time

omg i do this by reading audiobooks while listening to the text wait other way around lol basically u gotta sync them but the trick is to read it out loud to yourself but like buzz like a bee for the hard words? like 'z' sounds are super prickly and hypnotic if u do it right anyway it totally helps with the flow of the generation gaps or whatever i forgot what i was saying but try buzzing the zzzz
