Making grammar flow in real life?

Hi everyone! I'm Ava. I've been learning many grammar rules lately, but I struggle to use them together when I'm actually talking. It feels easy in a textbook, but hard when I try to describe my daily life or my home. How do you practice connecting different patterns so they sound natural?
