how to drill 棋士 without literally passing out

reset my deck for the 10th time and immediately got hit with 棋士. trying to drill this stupid word without falling asleep is impossible. i tried making a mnemonic about a key and a samurai but my brain is too fried to care. why do i need to know 'professional board game player' anyway. i don't even play checkers.
