system error with 料 on my day 42 immersion block

Currently on Phase 2 (Day 42 of my 90-day Kanji immersion sprint) and I hit a major indexing error. I categorized 料 strictly as 'materials' in my SRS database. But today during my scheduled 30-minute real-world walk, I saw 料 on a parking sign. How is a parking space an 'ingredient'? This completely compromises my Block 3 retrieval efficiency. Do I need to restructure my entire deck or is the sign wrong?
