how to make particles sound natural

tbh the secret to particles is just making them sound like a little squeak like when you say wa or ga it should sound like a rusty gate opening? or maybe a mouse. if you make the g sound like a ng like singing but in your throt it just flows. i do this when talking about my commute to school and my wife says it sounds realy natural lol just squeeze your throat
