quick vocab routine when busy?

i have like zero time this week but i need to review. i think i heard somewhere that if you sleep with audio playing you learn it automatically? maybe? also wait, is it true you have to learn military words like 'battalion' first to understand any normal conversation? my friend said that. idk. how do you guys study when busy? i'm so overwhelmed.
