Quickest way to review vocab when busy?

I have a really busy work week coming up and I'm worried I'll forget everything. I usually try to practice speaking every day but now I barely have time to look at my notes. Does anyone have a fast routine for reviewing words on the go? I usually just check my phone while eating lunch or waiting for the bus. I think I need something more simple so I dont lose my habit.
