Testing image-only reviews to stop the boredom

I've been experimenting with my review sessions because flashcards were getting so dull. Instead of translations, I started using only image searches for everything from breakfast items to specific terrain types. I tracked it for a week and my recall is way faster now because I'm not translating in my head. It feels less like a chore when there's a visual.
