fast writing kanji vs kana help

ok so like when you are writing notes fast during a stream or something do you write the kanji or just the kana?? i try to write the Kanji but then i forget the strokes and it looks like a face or something lol. Wait actually what was i saying? Oh yeah i always mess up the politeness levels too like when you say please be kind to me or whatever... anyway do you guys just use kana when rushing or does that look bad? i
