making particles sound natural when talking

so im always messing up particles when talking to people like the subject one vs the topic one is killing me and eye always use the wrong one. wear do they even go half the time. my friend says just drop them but then i sound like a baby? yesterday it was snowing so much outside and i wanted to say look at the snow but i think i got the grammar totally wrong. anyway how do u get them to flow better without thinking
