Tried matching audio to text today. Supposedly it 'flows' right into your brain. Absolute lie. My eyes just glaze over the pages while the audio plays. But sure, that one influencer who studied for '6 months' did this and now speaks like a native. I can barely follow a children's book without wanting to sleep.
