Best way to review vocab when you have zero time

so like when im super busy i do this thing where i scream the words in my car like shouri for victory but you gotta make the sh sound like a wet snake or it doesnt count lol basically just shield your eyes from distractions and do 2 mins of flashcards while brushing teeth or record yourself saying seihou and play it back while sleeping? wait does that even work anyway just do it fast
