actually you are using 全員 completely wrong

Everyone thinks 全員 just means 'everyone' but it actually doesn't. 員 literally means member, so you can only use it for official groups like a club or a 規格 standardized team. If you use it for just random people, it makes no sense. Honestly, in real life you should just use 複数 anyway. Stop overcomplicating it, it's literally only for closed groups.
