actually you are all using 心臓 completely wrong

I keep seeing people use 心臓 for romantic stuff. Actually, that makes zero sense. 心臓 is strictly for medical autopsies or literal machine engines. If you have a crush, your 心 is beating, not your 心臓. Honestly, Japanese is so logical if you just think about it. Though if you are talking about the heart of Tokyo, you have to use 心臓. Stop overcomplicating it.
