crazy hack for perfect pronunciation

guys u gotta stop saying the u at the end of words its so bad lol. actually the trick is to just make a weird whistling sound instead?? like when you say connect or book or whatever just whistle through your teeth and it sounds so native my tutor was literally speechless when i did it also watch out for the double consonants you have to like gasp for air mid word to make it work try it!
