is 構造 actually just for buildings??

so my book says 構造 is structure like for big buildings but that is so wrong?? i saw it used for a 茶屋 menu and it totally meant the layout of the tea. also for saying it just think of 'co-zo' like a cozy zone but fast. co-zo! super easy. textbooks always try to make 構造 sound like some crazy logic thing when its literally just design
