Beginner pronunciation struggles

i always mess up long vowel sounds like my thumb slips on screen and i say the whole thing wrong. like when two vowels are right next to each other i just blend them together. its so frustrating also double consonants break my brain... wait need to eat lunch. anyway do you guys also mix up the long e sound? my mouth just wont make the right noise there talking too fast
