Any tricks for natural particles?

I've been trying some new tactics to get particles down but they still feel a bit stiff when I'm actually talking to people. I keep pausing mid-sentence to check my grammar and it’s kinda killing my flow. Does anyone have a cool method to make them feel more automatic? I want them to just pop out without me thinking so hard about it.
