Turning study mistakes into real lessons

I used to get so frustrated when I messed up grammar. Now, I try to find just one specific takeaway from every single error. Like if I conjugate something wrong I don't review the whole chart, I just focus on that one fix and why it happened. It feels way less overwhelming. How do you guys process your study slip-ups without burning out?
