Getting back to it after a break

I missed five days because of work and it really threw me off. First I felt my progress starting to slip. Then the daily habit just felt broken. Now I'm trying to reset my schedule without overdoing it. My first step is a ten minute review tonight. Next is a full chapter tomorrow. After that I should be back to my normal hours, anyone else struggle with the restart after a gap?
