Testing a 5-minute cap on daily writing

I experimented with a strict 5-minute cap on my writing to avoid burnout. Previously, I’d aim for long entries and quit within a week. By staying under this time boundary, my consistency skyrocketed and I've now completed 25 days straight. This short cycle keeps my energy high while improving my recall. Has anyone else found that limiting volume actually yields better long-term results than pushing for more?
