still struggling with particles after literal years

I love watching those 6-month fluency influencers explain particles like it's so easy. Just use 'real examples' they say. Meanwhile I'm looking at real sentences and my brain just turns off. Wa and ga are basically random noise to me at this point. I'm so tired of feeling like the only one not getting this.
