so like i do this thing where i study on the toilet or when waiting for the bus just yell words to yourself to get the mouth shapes right!! like you gotta really spit when you say the t sounds or else nobody understands you lol also try to visualize a ticket machine in Tokyo while brushing teeth helps with spatial memory or something anyway hope this helps!
