keep mixing up 不審 with other words help

i keep seeing 不審 and my brain always thinks it means 'not believing' because of the shin part? but then i read somewhere that you can only use 不審 for like... weird boxes left on the train? is that true? also i think i keep mixing it up with 無人 for some reason... wait are they opposites? idk my head hurts lol
