how to practice speaking with no words?

so i want to practice speaking japanese but i don't actually know many words yet. is it bad if i just speak english but use the japanese word order to train my brain? like 'i apple eat' but out loud? wait is that dumb? how do people practice talking alone when they have zero vocabulary? i feel so stuck idk how to start
