optimizing reading + listening in 45m blocks

Phase 1 is strictly 22.5 mins of raw listening, then pivot to Phase 2 (matching text). No breaks or you ruin the consolidation ratio. I track this on my sheet (currently 842.5 hrs). If your wpm doesn't align within a 5% margin of audio speed you need to adjust playback to 1.15x. Anyone else?
