why even bother with natural particles

I just reset my core deck for the fourth time this year and now I'm supposed to figure out how to use particles naturally? Every guide says something different. In textbooks they use them, in real life they drop them, but if I drop them I sound like an idiot. Honestly why do I even try. I'm just gonna speak in broken nouns forever.
