How do you actually learn from your mistakes?

I keep making the same silly mistakes when writing and it gets so frustrating. I really want to learn from them but I just get annoyed at myself instead. Maybe I should keep a little list or something? How do you guys actually turn those annoying slip ups into real learning? I'm not sure what works best yet.
