fitting in vocab review on super busy days

Lately my work schedule is so packed I barely have time to breathe, let alone do hours of flashcards. I had to review some tough legal terms yesterday and realized my brain was just completely fried. How do you guys keep up with your review pile when you're totally exhausted? I tried doing five-minute micro-sessions on my commute and it kind of helps but I'd love to hear your routines.
