Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance Statement – AxoGo
At AxoGo, we are committed to ensuring full compliance with the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA – Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), which sets out rules to create a safer, fairer, and more transparent digital environment for all users across the EU.
As a digital platform offering language-learning services through the App Store, Google Play, and our web platform, AxoGo recognizes its responsibilities under the DSA and is taking active steps to meet its obligations. Below is a summary of how AxoGo addresses key DSA requirements:
1. User Safety and Content Moderation
- We prohibit illegal content, hate speech, harassment, and misinformation.
- Users can easily report content or behavior they believe violates our policies.
- Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and actions are taken according to our Community Guidelines.
- Users are notified of moderation decisions and have the ability to appeal.
2. Transparency of Algorithms and Recommendations
- We clearly inform users when content is algorithmically recommended.
- Users can adjust or disable personalization features where applicable.
- We provide explanations of how these systems work in accessible language through our Help Center and Privacy Policy.
3. Terms and Policies
- Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines are:
- Written in clear, accessible language.
- Easily available before and after account registration.
- Updated regularly to reflect regulatory changes and user feedback.
4. Protection of Minors
- AxoGo offers age-appropriate content and experiences, based on the user’s age group.
- Accounts registered as belonging to minors have limited features and additional privacy protections.
- We do not serve personalized advertising to minors.
5. Advertising Transparency
- All ads are clearly labeled.
- Users are informed about why they are seeing specific ads.
- Users have control over their ad preferences.
6. Traceability of Traders

- We verify the identity of third-party tutors or contributors as required under the DSA.
- Tutor profiles include clear contact and legal information where required.
7. Annual Transparency Reporting
- We will publish an annual transparency report detailing:
- Content moderation activities.
- Number of takedown notices and appeals.
- Use of automated tools for detection or enforcement.
- Our first report will be published no later than the deadline required under Article 15 of the DSA.

9. Compliance with Orders
- We cooperate with national authorities regarding orders to remove illegal content or provide information.
